Payment Methods
Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where products are sold for use within Australia.

We offer a number of payment options. Choose the payment option that suits you best. Our prices have not been inflated to cover credit card or PayPal charges so these payment options attract a fee that is itemised during checkout. We do however provide the option of fee free payment via EFT/bank transfers. PayPal offers a 'Pay In 4' option for purchases with instalments to eligible customers. We are also able to offer AfterPay to eligible customers. Please choose 'Payment in advance' during checkout and note 'AfterPay' in the order comments section. We will then contact you to provide details and arrange payment.


We are an Australian owned and operated company, that places great value on a transparent sales process that includes prompt despatch of orders. The products marked as 'Ready for dispatch' are available from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia and are despatched either the same or next business day. Orders are shipped with Australia Post, Parcel Post or Express Post. Depending on the delivery address and service, delivery times can vary from 1 to 10 business days. Shipping for orders above of $199.00AUD is complimentary with the exception of bulky or overweight items which attract a charge as shown during checkout.
New Zealand orders are GST free and ship via EMS with charges as shown during checkout.

As displayed in our shop, our range is particularly wide and diverse. Our store offers more than 3000 items from stock, ready for despatch. We continuously add to our range of over 30,000 products which may be exotic, difficult to obtain or limited items that we have easy access to. Items not stocked but available on order have a lead time, as marked, which vary anywhere from 5 to 21 days until we despatch to you. Availability and advertised lead times are generaly accurate. If you are looking for a particular item but don't see it in our range, please feel free to contact us as it is likely we have access to it.

You can check the current status of your order at any time online in your customer account. In addition, we will send you a notification when we receive your order, when the payment arrives and when we send your package. Of course, our despatch notification includes a tracking number which lets you follow the shipment.

We ship daily from Monday to Friday with same day despatch of in-stock products where payment is received by 12.00pm AWST. Orders may be picked up from our warehouse at times when the option appears during checkout. We will be in touch by e-mail when an order is ready for collection.
