1 Products

The actual goods may slightly deviate from the articles shown. Exempted are errors pertaining to prices, descriptions as well as illustrations. All prices include 10% GST but don't include shipping unless specifically stated.

2 Contract

When an order is submitted and accepted by TacStore, a sales contract is created for the said service which will be confirmed via e-mail. With the submission of an order the customer accepts the GT&C.

3 Terms of Delivery

In general, where all products are in stock, orders are despatched on the day or within a business day from receipt of payment. Orders containing products with a delivery time are only shipped once complete. The delivery times mentioned are non binding. Compensation claims for non-delivery or because the manufacturer or supplier did not supply (or not in time) are void. Should an article no longer be available by the manufacturer or supplier, TacStore can withdraw from the contract and the transferred funds will be refunded.

4 Reservation of Proprietary Rights & Debt Collection

All goods remain the property of TacStore until payment is received in full. Where credit is provided to an account, if outstanding amounts are not paid within the terms of the account, we reserve the right to appoint a debt collection agency and notify a credit reporting agency.

5 Warranty

TacStore will approach manufacturers on the customers’ behalf and pass on all warranties provided by the manufacturers against faulty material and/or workmanship. Any warranty is in addition to consumer guarantees as governed by Australian Consumer Law. Where warranty exists, it is dependent on the product and applies from date of purchase. The warranty is void if unauthorized repairs or modifications are made to the goods by the customer. Improper handling will also void the warranty. In case of defects you are entitled to a free repair. The costs of appropriate packing and return freight are at the customer's expense.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

6 Contract Withdrawal and Returns

TacStore offers retail sales the option to return goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. In the case of refunds, we will credit the full item value of any eligible returned product, to the customer’s bank account. Refunds exclude freight or other additional charges related to the purchase, such as bank, credit card, PayPal or the like. Excluded are commercial/wholesale customers and items which have been made to order, products ordered from a supplier on demand (products not stocked), products purchased at a reduced price (sale items) or products which are unsuitable for return due to their nature (e.g. Meal Ready to Eat (MRE) and camo paint due to hygiene). The returned goods must be returned unused, intact and in undamaged, original packaging. When returning, the packaging must not be directly used as a freight satchel or carton.

7 International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for Customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation. TacStore has no control over Customs clearance and any associated additional charges. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have any applicable import permits.

8 Liability / Limitation of Liability

Any claims for damages, including consequential damages, are excluded, unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior of TacStore. In addition, the compensation for damage to persons and property is fully excluded when caused by improper or incorrect use of the goods or if unauthorized modifications or repairs have been made to the goods.

9 Data Security

The personal data entrusted to TacStore is treated as strictly confidential and is not passed on to third parties. It may however be used for promotional purposes. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy

10 Copyright

All text, images and designs on our website is copyright protected. The copying and usage of the contents is forbidden without written permission. Violations against copyright will be prosecuted to the full extent of civil and criminal law with possible claims to compensation for damages.

11 Governing Law

TacStore GT&C and trading practices are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
