PACT, Inc. was founded in 1982 and designs electronic shooting instruments from Euless, Texas. The focus is precise time and velocity measurement for training and ballistics, built on decades of experience with modern shot timers.

The lineup includes the Club Timer III, timer/chronographs such as the MKIV XP and Model 1 XP, infrared SkyScreen systems, carry and replacement parts, plus a repair service. All manufacturing is based in the USA.
