Product Availability Definitions

Due to the extremely large range of products we offer, unfortunately we are unable to stock everything.

We stock over 3000 products. The balance is available on order with various lead times depending on the brand and country of origin.

Definitions of product availability on our website are as follows:

In Stock = The product/s, in the quantity indicated, are in stock at our Perth, WA warehouse and are ready for dispatch upon receipt of a paid order.

Orders generally ship same day when received prior to 12:00pm Perth time on weekdays (excluding public holidays) and usually even after the cut-off.

Note: 'In Stock' products are eligible for return as per our Return Policy with the exclusion of 'Sale' items.

Ready to ship in X-Y days = The product/s are available from our DC and/or supply chain, however, the item is a 'Special Order' and needs to be ordered in.

No biggie, we have regular inbound shipments and the lead times are reliable.

Sure, occasionally shipments are delayed due to logistics, customs or extraordinary events, but in general, shipping runs like clockwork.

If an order falls behind by a couple of days, we will be in touch.

Note: 'Special Order' items are generally excluded from our Return Policy.

On demand = These products may be available but quantities and lead times vary and require enquiries.

For these products we recommend contacting TacStore via e-mail or phone, quoting the product's 'article number', required quantities and timeframe.

Upon receipt of 'On demand' enquiries, TacStore staff will investigate and revert ASAP.

Note: 'On demand' items are excluded from our Return Policy without exception.

Currently out of stock = These items are Out Of Stock (OOS) not only at our warehouse but at the manufacturer and/or supplier.

In these situations we are not always able to establish an availability date, so it is best to click on the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK' button, found on the article's webpage.
