Princeton Tec was founded in 1975 by Bill Stephens and remains family-owned. Headquartered in Pennsauken, New Jersey, the company designs and manufactures personal lighting products—from concept to delivery—in its U.S. facilities.

The lineup spans dive timers, durable headlamps, helmet-mounted lights, lanterns, handheld flashlights, and tactical strobes for professional and outdoor use. Flagship offerings include modular helmet/hand light systems with programmable modes and rugged locator strobes originally designed for Navy SEAL operations.
