Processing Times

 

Products marked as 'In Stock ' are available from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia and are despatched either the same or next business day.

Products marked as 'Ready to ship in X-Y days' are available from our distribution centre or suppliers and are dispatched within the indicated timeframe.

Products marked as 'On demand' or 'Pre Order' may be available from manufacturers or suppliers but require manual enquiries before confirmation of timeframes.

Payment Methods

 

Listed prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where products are sold domestically. International orders are GST free.

We offer a number of payment options on most products including Credit Card, PayPal, PayPal Pay in 4 (for eligible PayPal users) and Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)/Bank Transfers.

Domestic and International online orders can usually be paid with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay, all via Stripe. Choose the payment option that suits you best.

Please note that due to the nature of some products, we are not always able to accept PayPal and/or Credit Card payments. Only eligible payment options will appear at checkout.





Shipping Transit Times

 

Depending on the delivery address and service, delivery times can vary from 1 to 10 business days domestically and more or less internationally.

International transit times for EMS Express Post can also be found at the same location.

 

Shipping Charges - Domestic 

 

Shipping for domestic orders above $300.00AUD is free, with the exception of bulky or overweight items which incur a charge as listed during checkout.  

An option for 'Signature On Delivery' exists during checkout for orders eligible for free shipping.

Freight charges for orders under $300.00 are:

Free for collection from our warehouse during business hours.

$10.00AUD for Parcel Post, or $12.95AUD for Parcel Post with signature.

$14.00AUD for Express Post and $16.95AUD for Express Post with signature.

Where a signature is not requested, TacStore is unable to accept liability for non-delivery.

 

Shipping Charges - International

 

Shipping for International orders to New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia is $30.00AUD regardless of value.

International orders to 'Other' countries are charged $60.00AUD.

Any local charges, customs or otherwise are the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to impose a surcharge for overweight or bulky items.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund where items are ineligible or impractical for export or shipping.

In these instances, we will communicate with the customer to discuss all options prior to a final decision.

A signature is required for delivery of all international orders. 

 

Freight Carriers

 

Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post or TNT.

Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will usually be sent by Express Post, size permitting. 

Physically large orders will be sent by Parcel Post or TNT.

International orders will be shipped with EMS Express Post or FedEx.
